Two big losses for the two teams making their debuts as South Africa beat New Zealand by 9 wickets yesterday and Sri Lanka beat England by 7 today.
Andrew Puttick's 51* was the difference for South Africa as they chased down New Zealand's target of 99.
Despite only scoring 15 today for Sri Lanka, Tillakaratne Dilshan is still the principal run scorer with 122. The main man for the Sri Lankans today was Sanath Jayasuriya. The 53 year old's extraordinary figures of 4-2-3-4 held England to a mere 78 runs. Sanath now has 4 wickets but still trails Nuwan Kulasekera's 6 wickets.
